We would like families to expect that we will be making a potentially difficult time easier for them. We like to have them feel comfortable, that we're going to take care of everything so they can just concentrate on their immediate family, themselves, those around them. We take care of everything from bringing their loved one into care if they're not with us already to make sure they're with us first and foremost. Then we'll organise the service itself. So we take care of organising and liaising with all our vendors that we need to have this lovely service on the day. So at the day on the time that all they need to do is just be present in the moment.
