We actually coordinate quite a lot but make it out that on the day that the family would have no idea what goes on to have such a lovely service. So it's very much an event planning situation that we do and we look at obviously bringing the loved one into care mortuary care on them organising the vendor the date the time liaising with everyone to make sure all the factors come together and after we've got everything set that foundation organising everything from the flowers we create lovely slideshows doing the stationery organising to have our people there on the day bringing their loved one on their day and then on the actual day itself. Just make sure everything runs smoothly.
