Can you plan a funeral in advance without prepaying for it?

Yes. You can record your funeral wishes with a funeral director without paying for the funeral in advance. Willed Funerals calls this a pre-arrangement: your preferred service details are kept on record, and payment is arranged when the funeral is needed. Tell your family where the plan is held. Recording wishes is separate from a prepaid contract and does not itself lock in today’s prices.

Absolutely. You can pre-organise your service with a funeral director and not pay anything at all. We would call that a pre arrangement so you can make contact with us here at Willed Funerals and we can put everything you know in our system that you would like. And then we have it on record and no money has changed hands. But at least we've got a record of what you'd like. And then payment can be made at the time of your passing with your next of kin in regards to funeral arrangements.
