About the Opportunity
We are seeking a personable, organised and motivated Paralegal to join our fast-growing team. You will support the team of lawyers at Willed Law to help take this area of our business to the next level.
Your varied role will include:
- Assisting in the preparation of applications for grants of Probate and Letters of Administration
- Attending to ad-hoc customer enquiries
- Dealing with inbound sales enquiries to acquire new customers
This position is Full-Time and based in Gardenvale, Victoria.
About You
You are an excellent communicator and a team player who is ready to make this role your own. You want to be a true ambassador of the Willed brand.
You have:
- At least 12 months experience in a similar role and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment
- A willingness to learn and a can-do attitude
- Excellent attention to detail, file management and organisational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills. You’re comfortable on the phone and meeting with clients
- Ability to prioritise and multitask, and work effectively without constant supervision
- Conveyancing experience an advantage
