Should I Pre-Plan My Funeral in Australia?

Yeah, I think it’s a good idea to at least pre-plan your service, whether that be a direct cremation or you’re looking at writing something down for your full service. It does take the burden off your family at the time of your passing. I think it’s a good idea also to put some money aside for it, either within a funeral bond or a prepaid funeral, because that money is then set aside for your funeral arrangements. That way your family don’t have to come up with funeral funds, you know, out of the blue. It’s set aside and they don’t have to worry about it at the time.
