The short answer for that is no. If you wanted to go down that path and look into that, you would have to seek the approval of local councils. It depends state by state, so I can't give you an exact council to go through. But it would have to be an extenuating circumstance for them to approve something like that. Generally, burials have to occur within a cemetery and not private property.
